In order to complete this install please fill out the details requested below.
Please note the following points before you continue:
    1.Change the permission (chmod 777 for linux server) of 'includes/mysql.php'.
    2.Change the permission (chmod 777 for linux server) of 'images' folder. (After installation dont forget to change it back to 755)
    3.Change the permission (chmod 777 for linux server) of 'images/smileys' folder. (After installation dont forget to change it back to 755)
    4. The database you install into should already exist.
    5. After the install process delete the 'install' directory.
